At Go Seller Club, customer satisfaction is our priority. This returns and refund policy explains how you can return products, request a refund, or exchange items purchased from our store. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

30-Day Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • It must be returned in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable & Exempt Items

Partial Refunds

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, or vinyl records

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll get an email confirming approval or rejection of your refund request.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company (processing may take time).

  3. Contact your bank.

Exchanges

We only replace defective or damaged items. To request an exchange, email us at team@gosellerclub.com and send the item to our return address.

Gifts

  • If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you: you’ll receive a gift credit.

  • If not marked as a gift: refund will go to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail it to:

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If eligible for a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

  • For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance.
